Environmental Standards and Policies of Environment Public Authority

There is no doubt that concern for the environment has become the most important priorities contained in the plans of governments in various parts of the earth, and became the subject of preservation of the environment sought by the global demands by United Nations organizations, governments and civil society organizations and, after worsening environmental problems that threaten life on the planet, such as desertification and biodiversity and climate change.

Executive Regulations of Law No. 21 of 1995 as amended by Law No. 16 of 1996 establishing the Public Authority for Environment  

Kuwait has pioneered in the area of protecting the environment where the decision was issued to No. 210 in 2001, the regulations of the Act establishing the Public Authority for Environment, which defined in 89 article of the law the obligations and requirements to be followed to maintain the internal and external environment free from pollution.
